General Policies

We normally ship within 1-2 days from the time your order is received.

If you are covered by Medical Insurance, please provide via E-Mail the Medicare Number and other required information. We are required by law to file your claim for you.

Taxes


We collect 7.5% state sales tax when the shipping address is in Illinois.

Return Policies


Returns must be within 30 days, with copy of sales receipt, and be in resaleable condition. Certain items may not be returnable.
